*All our beers are brewed with malted barley, hops, water, and yeast but the gluten is reduced during the brewing process, through a brewing enzyme called Brewers Clarex™ which breaks apart the gluten protein chains. There is no change in the end flavor.

Our commitment to crafting small-batch beers is marked by a hands-on approach, allowing us to take pride in the creation of a truly artisanal product. As a small brewery, we embrace the flexibility to brew a diverse array of beers, some as regular offerings, while others emerge as spontaneous and creative expressions. You will find a variety of beers on tap at all times, from Lagers to IPAs to Stouts and everything in between. Our tap list rotates often, so come on in to see what we have!

  • Demonstrating our dedication to sustainability, we actively work to reduce our carbon footprint. Our hops are locally sourced, and we're thrilled to collaborate with local vendors like Crosby Hop Farm, a fifth-generation family hop farm and one of the few Salmon-Safe Certified hop farms in the U.S. Additionally, we cherish partnerships with smaller local hop farms like The Oregon Hop House, contributing to the development of new organic hop varietals.
